Enrollment Demand Drives Sparta Prep to Pursue Dedicated Physical Campus

When we designed Sparta Prep Academy's original model, we built it around what we believed would serve our students best: online academic instruction paired with physical training at a local gym and park. It was a lean, focused model — and it worked.

Then 37 families said yes.

That number changed everything — in the best possible way.

A Problem Worth Having

Our enrollment projections were exceeded well ahead of our August 2026 opening. The response from the Utah student-athlete community has been extraordinary, and it has presented us with an exciting challenge: our original facility plan was not designed to accommodate the full scope of what our founding class deserves.

So we are doing what any serious institution does when demand outpaces the plan — we are scaling to meet it.

Sparta Prep Academy is now actively searching for a dedicated physical space that we can convert into a full-service campus, capable of delivering live, in-person classroom academic instruction alongside our elite sports performance training program.

What We Are Looking For

We are evaluating spaces in and around the Spanish Fork, Utah area that can support:

  • Live in-person classroom instruction — structured, certified academic learning in a real classroom environment
  • Athletic training facilities — space for physical conditioning, movement training, and sport-specific development
  • A professional, focused environment — one that reflects the standard we hold our student-athletes to every single day

This is not a pivot. It is a natural and necessary evolution of our model, driven entirely by the confidence our founding families have placed in us.

What This Means for Enrolled Families

If your student is already enrolled, this is good news. Our commitment to you has not changed — it has grown. We are working urgently to secure a space that elevates the experience we promised you.

We will communicate directly with all enrolled families as this process develops. Transparency is a core value at Sparta Prep, and you will hear from us before anything is finalized.

What This Means for Prospective Families

If you have been considering enrollment, this development is a signal worth paying attention to. The demand for Sparta Prep Academy is real, and our founding class is filling fast. In-person classroom seats remain limited.

We encourage you to schedule your free 20-minute Zoom Orientation now to learn more, ask questions, and secure your student's place before the August opening.

The Mission Has Not Changed

Everything we are doing — the campus search, the expanded model, the urgency — is in service of one goal: giving Utah's student-athletes the academic foundation and athletic development they need to compete at the highest level and build a future beyond the game.

We are grateful for every family that has trusted us with that responsibility. We will not let you down.

Stay tuned. More updates are coming soon.
