Sparta Prep Academy Is Growing — We Are Hiring

The momentum behind Sparta Prep Academy continues to build. With 37 students enrolled, a campus search underway, and our August 2026 opening on the horizon, we are now growing our administrative team to match the scale of what we are building.

We are actively seeking two full-time professionals to join our founding staff:

• Registrar
• Bookkeeper

These are not just jobs. These are founding team positions at an institution that is redefining what education looks like for Utah's student-athletes. The people who step into these roles will help shape the operational foundation of Sparta Prep Academy from day one.

The Registrar is the backbone of student records and enrollment operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate academic records, managing enrollment documentation, coordinating with state and accreditation bodies, and ensuring compliance with Utah State Board of Education requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in school administration, student records, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Utah public or private school enrollment processes (preferred)
• A commitment to serving student-athletes and their families with professionalism and care

The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day financial records of Sparta Prep Academy, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, accurate and transparent financial management is essential to our mission and our community's trust.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
• Understanding of nonprofit financial practices (preferred)
• Integrity, discretion, and a detail-oriented work ethic
